At Briar Baby, we want you and your little ones to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
